What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Pin, Mastercard, and Visa.
Is it possible to choose different packages as a group?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose different packages as a group.
Is it possible to split the bill?
To avoid long queues, we do not offer the option to split the bill. We kindly ask you to take this into account beforehand.
Is it possible to dine on account?
Voor bedrijven is het mogelijk om bij ons op rekening te dineren.
Yes, for companies we offer the option to dine on account. Please send your request to info@mallejan.nl to arrange this.
We are celebrating a special occasion, are we allowed to bring our own decorations/cake?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations and/or cake. Please note, however, that confetti is not permitted. Should confetti be used, a minimum cleaning fee of 25 euros will be charged.
We would like to stay longer than 2.5 hours. Is this possible?
Extending your seating time is possible by purchasing additional time. To ensure table availability for extended periods, we strongly recommend arranging for extra time either when making your reservation or upon arrival.
The additional charges are as follows:
€6 per adult for each extra hour
€3 per child (4 till 11 years) for each extra hour
Is your restaurant wheelchair friendly?
Yes, our restaurant is wheelchair accessible. It is situated on a single level and is equipped with 2 toilets for disabled guests.
Do you have a special rate for people with a gastric bypass?
Unfortunately, we do not offer special rates for guests who have had a gastric bypass.
What if part of the group arrives later?
It will not be a problem if part of your group arrives later. Please note, though, that the duration of your booked package starts when the first guests are seated, this timing applies to the entire group.
Do you also have halal meat?
While we are not exclusively a halal restaurant, we do offer halal options on our menu. For more details on this, we advise you to inquire with our colleagues at the reception.
Can I also purchase a gift voucher from you?
Dit kan zeker. Onze cadeaubonnen zijn eenvoudig te verkrijgen via onze website, onder het kopje 'cadeaubonnen', of direct bij ons in het restaurant.
Do you also accept dinner vouchers?
We exclusively work with our own gift vouchers. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to redeem third-party dinner vouchers with us.
I dined at your restaurant and only discovered there was a birthday promotion after returning home. Is it possible to apply this promotion retroactively?
Regrettably, we cannot make adjustments for the birthday promotion after your visit. To prevent any disappointment, we encourage you to mention any relevant promotions upon your arrival.
Does your restaurant offer parking facilities?
Absolutely, our restaurant is equipped with a spacious parking lot that has plenty of free parking spaces available for all our visitors.
Do you provide charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes, we offer charging stations that can be used with your charging card.
Are you also accessible by public transport?
Indien u met het openbaar vervoer reist, kunt u ons gemakkelijk bereiken door middel van de u-flex service. Hierbij wordt u op het afgesproken tijdstip gebracht of opgehaald bij bushalte Mallejan. Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our restaurant.
